This is a stunning Porsche 964 Carerra 2 Targa.
This car is just as beautiful as the pictures make it appear. It has been repainted and the repaint was very nicely
done. There are two areas of small paint blemish about the size of a quarter -- one on the cowling just below the
front windshield on the driver's side. The other on the rear plastic bumper. Both are minor and easily fixed. The
rest of the paint is in excellent condition.
The interior of this car is SPECTACULAR. I can't even begin to describe how nice it is. As nice as I've ever seen
in any car not new off the lot. As you can see this car is equipped with the large bolstered sport seats.
Mechanically this car is fantastic as well, as you would imagine it would be for any car that has had $20k spent on
its upkeep over the last decade. Everything that's needed to be done has been done and after I purchased it the
only thing that showed up in the PPI was that the front oil cooler was gummed up so I installed a brand new oil
cooler, fan, and oil lines ... so the only item that needed tending to was replaced with new.
I hesitate to sell this car, however, space is my limitation and I have just purchased a 1969 912 that will be
taking its garage space.
A couple of notes. 1. The car does not come with the wheels shown in this picture, but rather comes with the
original equipment 5 spoke 964 wheels. (And "No, " those wheels are not for sale but have been put on one of my
other cars. 2. The speedometer shows 72k, however, the car was converted from km to miles so this is not the
speedo that came with the car. The miles are well documented through all of the car's service history and the
actual miles on this car are right around 100k.
